truf·fle – a strong-smelling underground delicacy that resembles an irregular, rough-skinned sphere, growing only in broadleaved woodland on calcareous soils. It is considered a culinary luxury and found, especially in France, with the aid of trained dogs or pigs.
Having had experience cooking in some of the best kitchens in the UK my favourite ingredient was always the truffle. I couldn’t stop adding it to everything I cooked! With a smell that can fill a room in a matter of seconds, the small but mighty truffle is a delicacy praised far a wide for its versatility and intense flavour.
My calling is to bring truffle to the masses, allowing everyone to experience the taste that I believe should be accessible to everybody. Working with suppliers around the UK, pairing truffle with some of the finest rare breed meats, fresh vegetables & dairy products I have created a menu that showcases just how versatile the truffle is.
Truffle aims to share this experience in a friendly, laid back manner. You can find us cooking at street food markets & pop up restaurants around the capital, as well as weddings & corporate events.
